avalon A7 FAQ's
Installation of the A7 floor standing water dispenser is very simple and can be done in just a few simple steps by just about anyone. The user manual will outline these steps in detail and our customer support team is always here to help if you have any questions.
Depending on which comes first, the Avalon water cooler filters should be replaced about every 6 months or 1500 gallons of water used.
The A7 freestanding bottleless cooler can be as far from the water source as you need it to be. In each box we provide a 20 foot long PE Pipe that connects from the water source to the dispenser. If you need a longer water line you can buy a 1/4 inch line from most hardware store near you such as Lowes or Home Depot.
Depending on the usage, it is best to have 1 water cooler for about 20-25 people. If you have a larger office or very heavy usage we would suggest that you buy additional floorstanding office coolers.
At Avalon, all of our dispensers are Energy Star approved and very energy efficient. Because of our focus on selling green water coolers there will be a minimal increase to the electric bill.
